    •    Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

    •    Parcels marked as delivered by courier but not received due to third-party issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/video) for assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to hygiene reasons:

    •    Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.

    •    Contact lenses with broken seals or opened packaging cannot be returned.

Customers are advised to:

For contact lenses:
